• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 4:00 PM within Nairobi.
• Next-Day Delivery: For orders outside Nairobi but within Kenya, delivery is typically completed within 24 hours.

For doorstep delivery within Kenya, deliveries in Nairobi are handled by our rider. Alternative delivery arrangements can be made based on client preference. Please note that clients are responsible for delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

• Pay on Delivery: Available only for deliveries within Nairobi made by our rider.
• Prepayment Required: For all other delivery methods and for orders outside Nairobi, full payment must be made before the order is prepared and dispatched.

Pick-Up Option

We also offer a convenient pick-up service at our Syokimau collection point, located on the Third Floor of Gateway Mall. Clients choosing this option are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the order value before the order is confirmed.
